How fast can you deliver?

Standard production takes 5–10 business days from your artwork approval. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit times then vary, typically 2–5 business days for metro areas, and longer for regional locations. If you need it sooner, please ask about our rush order options (surcharges apply).

What's the minimum order?

Minimum order quantities apply and vary depending on the specific product. These details will be visible on each product page.

Can you help with design?

Absolutely! You can upload your logo or artwork directly on our site. While vector files (.eps, .ai, .svg) are preferred, we can work with high-quality .png or .jpg files and will help clean them up if needed. Our team reviews every order and provides a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins.

How does the store work?

Ordering with Marque is simple:

  1. Upload & Customise: Upload your logo, choose placement, and select your decoration method.
  2. Confirm & Checkout: Enter quantities, confirm delivery details, and choose your payment method.
  3. Approve & Produce: We'll send you an artwork proof for approval, then your order goes into production.
  4. Deliver: Your finished merchandise is shipped directly to you with tracking.
Do you offer global shipping?

Currently, we ship Australia-wide to physical street addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
