What qualifies for a price beat?
To keep things fair, the quote must be for the same product, same branding method, same quantity and same commercial basis. It also needs to be a product available in the Marque catalogue. Full T&Cs apply.

What counts as a matching quote?
The competitor quote must be for the same product, same quantity, same branding/print method, same artwork specification and comparable delivery timing. The item must also be available in the Marque catalogue. Both quotes are compared excluding GST and shipping.
Do you beat every quote?
Not necessarily. The quote must meet our eligibility criteria — same item, same spec, same quantity, same print method, from a legitimate Australian supplier. All requests are reviewed by our team, and Marque reserves the right to decline requests that don't qualify.
What if the item isn't in your catalogue?
If the exact item isn't in our catalogue, we may be able to suggest a comparable alternative. However, the Price Beat Offer specifically applies to products available in the Marque catalogue.
What file types can I upload?
For quotes: PDF, JPG, PNG or document files. For artwork: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or high-resolution PNG files. We accept most common file formats — if you're unsure, upload what you have and we'll let you know.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within 1 business day — often same-day during business hours. You'll receive an automated confirmation immediately after submission.
Can I submit more than one item?
Yes. You can submit multiple items in a single form, or submit separate requests for different products. For large multi-item briefs, our team may reach out to discuss the full scope.
Do you price match after I've placed an order?
No. Price Beat requests must be submitted before an order is confirmed with Marque. We do not apply retrospective adjustments after payment, artwork approval or production commencement.
Does the price beat include GST and shipping?
No. All price comparisons are made on a like-for-like basis excluding GST and shipping/freight costs. This ensures a fair and accurate comparison of product pricing.
Can I combine this with other Marque offers?
The Price Beat Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or special pricing arrangements unless expressly approved by Marque in writing.
